1. I, the artist, retain full and exclusive rights to the original artwork.2. Payment must be upfront. (Ko-fi, Gcash, Paypal.)3. There will be a small watermark on all artwork that you may not remove or change.4. All of my works are for PERSONAL USE; They cannot be redistributed or claimed as your own. (e.g. reprinting, resale, or any other type of commercial use for profit) I'm okay with you putting it on a pin or making stickers for friends and yourself but not to sell.5. You may claim the character as your own, but not the artwork itself.6. You are welcome to use the artwork for promotional purposes (social media profiles, forums, etc.). Giving me credit is not required, but it would be very appreciated.7. I am against cryptocurrency trading/NFTs. I do not accept commissions or offers involving it.8. Do not use my art for any AI-generated imagery9. I have the right to feature completed works.
